Orders and Payments

Order Placement: Orders placed on Glowdar.com constitute an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
Payment: Payments are securely processed through STRIPE and PAYPAL . We do not store any credit card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Shipping times and costs are one price (free shipping on all orders). We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly.
Delivery: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, customs processes, or any third-party courier services.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receiving returned items, issued to the original payment method. Refunds include the initial shipping costs; I cover the shipping expenses.
