Return & Refund Policy

At Glowdar.com, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Customer’s Responsibility

* The customer is responsible to check all goods upon receipt to ensure there is no incorrect, damaged, missing or defective items. 

* Incorrect, damaged or defective goods must be reported within
30 days from delivery, must not be used & in like new condition, or it may not be
accepted for return.

Returns

* We will be happy to assist with any incorrect, damaged, missing or defective merchandise

* Customers are required to request a Return Authorization prior to returning an merchandise 

* All returns must be completed within 30-days.

* We strongly suggest all returns are sent insured, trackable and packed safely. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost returns.

Non-Defective Returns:

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancelled Orders: 

Orders cancelled before they leave our warehouse are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

Items that do not qualify for returns/refunds:

* Custom Items
* Items Marked “Closeout” or “Clearance”

Refunds:

* Returned merchandise must be in new/unused condition and must 
include all original manufacturer packaging and contents or it may 
not be accepted for return
